European KPI Benchmarking

Are your productivities competitive? Are you sure about that? Or may other companies be more efficient? A regular comparison of the most important productivities between you and other market participants will help you to set the right targets. A sprinter will only be titled as fast if he runs with the fastest and compares himself to them. For this reason the concipio solutions GmbH developed the European KPI Benchmarking. The particularity about it is that you can compare yourself to your competitors without giving up your anonymity. With the help of sector specific key performance indicators, productivities are made comparable. It is simple and easy to understand.
 
Once a month you enter your own KPI in a form. It only takes a few minutes, as you record data that you are probably very familiar with. You do not have to enter all KPI. Some of them you may consider as irrelevant for you. In that case you can just leave them out. Every 15th of a month you will get a ranking of the specific KPI. This Ranking list will be transformed into an anonymous form. No member will get to know the names of the other members. Only you can take conclusions about your own productivities.
